Zhiyong Huang

Graduated from China Academy of Art, Huang Zhiyong is a senior architect and interior designer. He currently serves as the chief engineer at the 4th General Research Institute under the Design Institute of Landscape and Architecture China Academy of Art (CAALADI). Huang Zhiyong is dedicated to studying the resonance between space and people, and inheriting traditions with an attitude of reverence. His design is not merely confined to traditional expressions, but also emphasizes the combination of contemporaneity, culture and art. Approaching design projects based on the concept of "Life Foremost, Ecology First", he has won wide recognition in the industry. The Design Institute of Landscape & Architecture China Academy of Art (CAALADI), founded in 1984, has been accredited by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC with Class-A qualification for construction engineering, Class-A qualification for landscape architecture design, Class-A qualification for interior decoration design, Class-A qualification for urban & rural planning, Class-B qualification for municipal engineering (professional), Class-B qualification for cultural relics conservation engineering survey and design, and Class-A qualification for exhibition engineering. With such accreditations, the Institute is qualified to undertake the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of corresponding projects and related technical and management services within the scope of the qualifications. In addition, the Institute obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and GB/T 18001 Certification in 2014, and 3A Certification in 2019.
