NEIL CHAPMAN

As Category (Services, Equipment & Supplies) and Sourcing Director, Neil leads our ‘nonfood’ category development and strategic sourcing teams with a focus on ensuring we create long-lasting relationships with clients and suppliers. Neil and his team ensure that we are continuously meeting the heightened needs of our customers by offering the great procurement services that our clients come to expect. Neil has a wealth of experience, with a career spanning retail, field marketing and foodservice. After joining Foodbuy in 2015, Neil has led teams across our Food and Retail categories, before moving to Service, Equipment and Supplies. Neil’s mantra is “we’re more than just food” and he’s also passionate about nurturing talent across our organisation’s talented teams. Outside of work, Neil’s two daughters keep him very busy, alongside a love of travelling.
