KATE JAY

Kate is leading the ERP Programme implementation for Procurement at Skanska UK Ltd. She joined Skanska in 2014 and has worked in the procurement arena for over 24 years, in roles ranging from planning and buying, to Sub Contract and Supply Chain Management.

Before joining Skanska Kate worked in the manufacturing sector, firstly with Panasonic in Cardiff, and then in Logistics and Supply Chain at Tata Steel in Wales.

Her passion lies in collaborative working, building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders that deliver value across the business and right through the supply chain. At the forefront of this is her keen ambition to improve the Procurement and Supply Chain function through the application of digital technology and process transformation.
