Dennis Ho

Director, Strategic Development APAC, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM)

Prof. Dennis Ho is Director of Strategic Development APAC at SOM. He is a UK chartered architect and an urban designer. Dennis was awarded Fellow of the RIBA in 2026. He brings extensive global experience leading multidisciplinary developments focused on regenerative design and sustainable placemaking. At SOM, Dennis leads strategic development in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, advancing the firm's expertise in design, engineering, sustainability, and planning. Dennis has previously held senior design and management roles at Richard Rogers Partnership, Arup and Hassell. Active in professional and academic circles, Dennis is Adjunct Professor at City University of Hong Kong leading the Advanced Architectural Design Studio. He is the Immediate-past Chair of RIBA Hong Kong, and founder of Design_Curate_Places. He holds roles in HKIUD, PGBC, and the HK University Grants Committee. He is a regular juror for internal design awards, and speaker in international symposiums.

Our expert judging panels will consist of numerous industry professionals representing the full breadth of our Global industry. The judges are selected based on their expertise, experience and integrity and we pride ourselves on our rigorous and objective judging process.
