The project is located in Xiongan City, the administrative sub-center of China, in the high-speed railway station comprehensive service supporting area. It covers an area of 16,544 square meters and is only 370 meters away from Xiongan Railway Station, which enjoys a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The building integrates multiple functions such as sports, culture, art and commercial facilities, aiming to create a modern district-level activity complex to meet the regional development and residents' demands for high-quality cultural and sports life.

The design takes modular layout as the core strategy, taking the main large space as the core of structure and function, and ingeniously combining small spaces within the fixed module plane to create an efficient and intensive diversified cultural and sports activity complex. This layout not only achieves efficient space utilization and meets the demand for multi-functional conversion, but creates a rich and diverse public space experience through the interweaving of different functional spaces, providing users with an interesting and vibrant activity venue. The facade design is inspired by the railway lines connecting Xiongan with various parts of China, abstracting them as the line texture of the facade. With an orderly shape, it echoes the status of Xiongan Railway Station as an important cultural symbol in the region. The well-proportioned facade lines outline a soft and Chinese-characteristic architectural language, enabling the building to demonstrate modern functions while inheriting and promoting regional culture, achieving a deep dialogue between culture and architecture. In terms of material use, the design strives to achieve a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. The facade of the cultural and sports center adopts a double-layer curtain wall design of glass and metal tensioned mesh. The transparency of the glass and the unique texture of the metal tensioned mesh complement each other, creating a hazy and layered visual effect. This design not only conforms to the artistic conception of Chinese hazy aesthetics, but also has practical functional value - effectively blocking external natural light, reducing interference with indoor sports and exhibition Spaces, ensuring that activities are not affected by light, while enhancing the privacy of the space. The application of aluminum plate lines on the facade can be regarded as the finishing touch. Its front is in white, the same color as the metal stretched mesh, pure and simple. The side is based on a light wood color, warm and natural. As the perspective changes, the lines of the aluminum plate undergo rich variations under the interplay of light and shadow, as if a gentle breeze is caressing the curtain, creating a delightful and amusing scene. The selection and processing of this material not only enhance the artistic expressiveness of the building but also make it present a unique charm under different times and weather conditions, becoming a bright spot in the urban landscape.
