The Project of Spring Airlines' Headquarters Office Building

Client: Shanghai Spring Real Estate Co., Ltd

This project is located in the east area of Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (Terminal 1), with Shanghai Metro Line 10 passing through the site. The above ground building is a 7-story office building and the basement has 3 floors. The total land area is 12447.2 square meters, the total construction area is 42993 square meters, and the building height is 33 meters.

A complete outdoor square has been set up facing Hongqiao Road, serving as the visual entrance of the entire building and providing excellent office space for office staff and surrounding citizens. The entrance and exit of the car dealership are opened to Youle Road and Hongqiao Branch Road respectively, achieving the separation of pedestrians and vehicles. This project cleverly utilizes subway restrictions in the design: Metro Line 10 crosses the base in the center, with urban green belts on both sides. The design adopts an overall visual design strategy, connecting the functions of the north and south sides through corridors, enclosing the central landsc
