The architecture for Heritage Lanes navigated imperatives for a generous public realm, meaningful heritage retention, and ambitious environmental and sustainability targets. The resulting design is a breathable building that is highly responsive and deeply of its place, creating new public connecting links for Brisbane CBD. It is a privilege to be shortlisted for the commercial category of the WAN awards.
