Vanshika Bhaiya

Vanshika Bhaiya is an architectural designer from Chennai, India and is now based in New York City. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University where she earned her Bachelor of Architecture with a concentration in Urban Studies. Her emphasis on community empowerment through socially-driven research initiatives, design-build projects, and leadership roles led her to receive various travel grants and the AIA Award for Academic Excellence in 2025. Her work at GLUCK+, an architect-led design build firm, is centered on educational institutions and multifamily affordable housing projects that address urgent civic challenges. Vanshika brings a design philosophy centered on the belief that architects who understand a project's full lifecycle — from early sustainability indices and budget navigation through construction — are best positioned to serve the public.
