Eric Carbonnier

Dr. Carbon is an architect, researcher, and professor deeply devoted to cultivating sustainable practices and decarbonizing the built environment. His career started in global water and wastewater infrastructure projects, followed by the planning, design, and construction of primary and secondary education facilities, and he is now designing sustainable hospitality development worldwide. Eric previously served as Chair of Sustainable Practices at Woodbury University and led the development of a new undergraduate baccalaureate degree in sustainability. He is the Global Director of Sustainability at WATG and Wimberly Interiors, focused on project decarbonization and operations across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas to cultivate resilient environments in a rapidly changing world.
