Babak Eslahjou has practiced architecture for the last 39 years, 31 of which as a founding principal of CORE Architects. Educated in Europe and the United States, he received his Bachelor of Architecture in 1986. His internationally influenced design expertise and knowledge of global architecture have guided many of CORE's successful residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Babak's architectural experience both in Canada and internationally extends across the urban planning of over 49 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial space in Dubai, numerous residential condominium projects, including the award-winning 210 Bloor, M City Phases 1,2 & 4, One Bloor West, Canada's first supertall building and over 1,500 retail and commercial spaces. In each instance, his commitment and experience ensured the project achieved its goals.
