Alex Kibble

Managing Director, Tanner Kibble Denton Architects

 

Alex graduated from the University of Sydney with distinction in 1990 receiving the Sir John Sulman Prize for Architectural Design and is the managing director of Tanner Kibble Denton Architects. Alex provides leadership for 70 architects and designers and seeks to build a culture of collaboration and responsibility across the whole firm and takes an active role on many of the practice's projects. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Architects, serving on the NSW Chapter Council and committees since 2011. Alex has contributed to the design of many significant public and educational projects and has worked in Sydney and Hong Kong. Projects at Tanner Kibble Denton Architects have included the award winning Boilerhouse Precinct at Western Sydney University in Parramatta, the Wagga Wagga Courthouse and strategic master planning at Charles Sturt University. More recently, Alex has led design teams for a wide range of innovative projects for independent and government schools in Sydney.
